Belt drive: quiet and low maintenance
A big plus of the Orange C8+ is the Gates belt drive. In fact, a belt drive has several advantages over the classic chain drive. To begin with, a belt drive is very quiet and requires little maintenance. Unlike a chain, you don't have to lubricate it and it lasts three to five times longer.
Powerful and controlled braking
If you're cycling downhill or in busy city traffic, then you'll want to be able to brake safely without thinking about it. Hydraulic disc brakes offer braking power and precision, so you can slow down in a controlled manner at any time — even when it's raining.
Luxurious finish, more comfort
Details often make the difference. That's also true of the Orange C8+. This e-bike has leather handlebar grips. They not only fit nicely in the hand, but also give the e-bike a luxurious touch. The gel seat also improves the appearance and comfort level. This saddle absorbs the bumps, which will certainly be welcome when you are on a longer ride.
Convenience: get on and off the bike quickly
With the Orange C8+ you are choosing a stable and rigid frame. The frame is available in a version with or without a top tube. In the version without a top tube, the step-through is low and wide, making it easier to get on and off. When riding the bike, you'll be comfortable and have a good view of your surroundings and the traffic around you. That also makes this classic Gazelle bike extremely safe. Also, take note of the beautifully finished aluminum frame; there are few to no visible weld seams.
